The Support Package is a service that we offer to our clients at the time of booking. It is also possible to take out the Premium Support Package at a later stage on payment of a fee – if you want to do this, please contact our customer care team. The Support Package will not be refunded if the trip is cancelled or if the airline is not able to meet the requests made. The airline may charge additional fees.

The following is included in our Premium and Platinum Support Packages:

  • Booking reference via SMS
  • Quicker response time when you contact our customer service
  • Check-in (we will check in for you)
  • Flight notifications via SMS
  • No administrative fee to change your booking

In addition to the above, the Platinum Support Package also includes:

  • Quicker refund

To use the Support Package, click on the header "Contact" on our website, then on "Products & Services" under "My booking". Click on "Write to customer service" at the bottom of the page. A contact form will appear. Fill this out and select the level of Support Package you have purchased. This will determine how quickly you get an answer and assistance with a refund. Platinum customers get the highest priority.
